Initial Consultation

We offer 30mins free consulation to discuss your theme, date and guest count and pricing. If everything works out, we sign contract with deposit (non refundable) and schedule a follow up meeting for an hour which will be our first meeting.. 

First Consultation

Welcome on board with Rahman Events, Let’s Begin your journey with a one-hour consultation. During this meeting, we’ll explore your overall vision, discuss your priorities, and review any vendors you may already have in mind. We will also talk through your budget, estimated guest count, and any cultural or traditional elements you wish to incorporate into your celebration.

This package is great for anyone who is in budget and would like to have an organized event. We provide our first one hour consultation and planning for your special day. No on site coordination at the day of the event. You hire your own vendor and discuss the planning and also go over the details with your venue Maitre D. (One consulation)

This package provides our First one hour consultation and planning for your special day. No on site coordination at the day of the event. You hire your own vendor and we will meet with you and your vendors to discuss the planning further. We also assist you during the consultation the process of planning what we call The Do’s and Don’ts. You can go over the details with with your venue Maitre D. (Two consulation)

This package is great for those who don’t want to handle or strees at their wedding. This package provides one hour consultation to plan the event. You hire your own vendor and we will meet with you and your vendors to discuss the planning further. We will also assist you with any Vendors you need. This package has on site day of coordination and help you have your special day just the way you visioned it. We attend the site and coordinate the entire event for you. From photo session to first dance to cake cutting and till the end. (Three to Four consultations)

This package is perfect for the Bride that needs assist from beginning to the end. Which means, we provide eight to ten consultations and also on site day of the event coordination, We plan with you and hold your hand through this journey. We are going to be best friend, help you choose your dress. We can meet up at the dress selection (only if you prefer) We can also go for cake tasting, catering sampling, meeting with all your vendors. If you don’t have vendors, we can suggest the best that we know. Not only that we also visit some wedding shows if there are any happening just to get more ideas and find other vendors. We are early at the venue of day of the event, coordinate and supervise all the vendors to get things done in timely manner. We are with you from the makeup. We are running you and your groom in time to make sure the event runs smoothly. Take you on the photo sessions, while your guests are having fun, Bring you back to your event to start the program with your exciting entrance. Here we are working with your DJ, Photographers, Cinematographers. Basically we are not leaving your side until the event is complete. We are the last to leave. We want you and your guests to have the time of the lives.
